5. Customer Care Specialist (40 Hours)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Eindhoven (NL) or Cologne (DE).

Join us as a Customer Care Specialist, the friendly-online-face for our clients' customers. You'll manage inquiries and resolve complaints about orders and products, primarily through email. Your mission is to ensure every customer enjoys an exceptional experience, from swiftly solving problems to offering valuable insights on how we can improve.

We help our partners sell through various channels, such as marketplaces (bol, Amazon and more), brand shops (own web shops) and social commerce. Our services include search engine optimization (SEO), conversion optimization (CRO) and online advertising. We also assist our clients with customer care, feed management and supply chain.

You will play a crucial role in this process by:

• Addressing customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively

• Translating customer needs into suitable solutions

• Staying calm and friendly, no matter how challenging the question

• Sharing ideas to improve our service processes, making them better and more efficient

• Helping out a big, worldwide famous brand by putting your best foot forward

Who are we looking for?

• You are a recent graduate or have a few years of work experience - both are more than welcome!

• You are available on a very short notice, preferably immediately  

• You can work 40 hours per week in our office in Eindhoven.

• You have excellent communication skills and you are fluent in English, both spoken and written

• You are an enthusiastic colleague who is not averse to working hard and achieving targets
